Matsuda [town] - Matsuda
A town in Ashigarakami County in western Kanagawa Prefecture. It occupies the left bank of the midstream Sakawa River. The main settlement is a former post town on the Yagurasawa Highway (National Route 246), and is home to Matsuda Station on the Gotemba Line and Shin-Matsuda Station on the Odakyu Odawara Line. The town produces mandarin oranges, plums, tea, and other crops. Area: 37.75 km2 . Population: 11,676 (2010).

神奈川県西部，足柄上(あしがらかみ)郡の町。酒匂(さかわ)川の中流左岸を占める。主集落は矢倉沢(やぐらさわ)街道（国道246号線）の旧宿場町で，御殿場線の松田駅，小田急小田原線の新松田駅がある。ミカン，ウメ，茶などを産する。37.75km2。１万1676人（2010）。
