Peace clause - Heiwajoukou
A procedural clause in a labor agreement is a clause that requires a certain period of notice before entering into a dispute, as well as a procedure for mediation with the Labor Relations Commission, in order to resolve the situation peacefully without resorting to industrial action immediately after collective bargaining has broken down.
