The name of a place in the Zuo Banner of Bailin, a district of Chifeng City in the southeast of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China. It is the site of the former Qingzhou City in the Liao Dynasty. The White Tower, from which the place name originated, is an octagonal tower with seven stories and its outer walls are decorated with various reliefs.
