A type of Chinese dim sum. It is a steamed bun made of yeast-leavened wheat flour skin wrapped around meat or red bean paste. The one filled with meat paste (minced pork, green onion, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, etc., finely chopped and seasoned with starch, salt, soy sauce, sake, sugar, etc.) is called rou baozi, and the one filled with red bean paste (red bean paste seasoned with sesame, lard, sugar, and salt) is called tsu sha baozi.
