Pei - Yes (English spelling)

A town in China during the Han Dynasty. Located in the northern tip of Jiangsu Province, in what is now Xuzhou Special District. It was the birthplace of Liu Bang (→ Emperor Gaozu), as well as Xiao He, Zhou Bo, Xia Gongying and other nobles.
