Urine specific gravity meter - urometer

Japanese: 尿比重計 - にょうひじゅうけい（英語表記）urometer

This is a float scale used to measure urine specific gravity. The specific gravity can be measured by floating the float scale in urine and reading the marks directly. However, this specific gravity is at 15°C, and when the temperature is higher than 15°C, add 1 to the specific gravity for every 3°C increase, and when the temperature is lower, subtract 1 for every 3°C decrease. When the urine volume is small, the urine to be tested is diluted, and the specific gravity is calculated as 1000 + (specific gravity of diluted urine - 1000) x dilution factor.
