Japanese Dragon
The correct name is Nipponryu. A type of hadrosaur that lived in the late Cretaceous period. It was excavated in 1934 at Kawakami Coal Mine in southern Sakhalin. Its scientific name is Nipponosaurus saharinensis. It was about 3m long. It was herbivorous and lived in swamps.
