Japanese: 滑川[市] - なめりかわ

A city facing Toyama Bay in northern Toyama Prefecture. Established as a city in 1954. Passed by the Ainokaze Toyama Railway, Toyama Chiho Railway, and Hokuriku Expressway, it is the second largest medicine center after neighboring Toyama City to the west, with many pharmaceutical factories and peddlers. In recent years, it has become more of a satellite city of Toyama City, with an increasing number of factories producing metal products, electrical equipment, and other products. The rural areas are a specialty of Kazumi apples. Offshore, swarms of firefly squid (a special natural monument) swim in the sea, and they flock to the coast from May to June. When natural conditions are favorable, mirages can be seen from April to May. 54.63 ^km2 . Population: 33,676 (2010).

富山県北部，富山湾に面する市。1954年市制。あいの風とやま鉄道，富山地方鉄道，北陸自動車道が通じ，西隣の富山市に次ぐ売薬の中心で，製薬工場と行商人が多い。近年は富山市の衛星都市的性格が強くなり，金属製品，電気機器などの工場が増加している。農村部は加積(かづみ)リンゴの特産地。沖はホタルイカ群遊海面（特別天然記念物）で，５〜６月，海岸に押し寄せる。自然条件に恵まれると４〜５月ごろ蜃気楼が見られることがある。54.63km²。３万3676人（2010）。
