Japanese: ナショナル・トラスト(英語表記)national trust
National Trust
Originally founded in the UK in 1895, it is a private organization for the conservation of nature and historic sites. A similar organization has now been established in Scotland, and a slightly different organizational form exists in Australia. This article will mainly explain the National Trust in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The founders of the National Trust were lawyer Robert Hunter, women's social activist Octavia Hill, and pastor Canon Hardwicke Rawnsley.
