A special type of credit relationship under Edo Shogunate law that could not be protected at all under procedural law. In the "Kujikata Osadamegaki," the following three were considered to be related to the group: "The right to claim a share of the profits of a profit-making business run by several group members," "theater ticket money," and "mutual funds." For these, lawsuits were not accepted even if there was a reliable document.

江戸幕府法上における特殊な債権関係で，訴訟法上まったく保護を受けることのできなかったもの。『公事方御定書』では，「連判証文これある諸請負徳用割合請け取り候定 (さだめ) 」 (数人の仲間による営利事業の利益分配請求権) ，「芝居木戸銭」「無尽金」の3つが仲間事とされ，これらについては，たとえ確かな証文があっても訴えは受理されなかった。
