This is the common name for Byodo-ji Temple, a Shingon sect temple in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City. Its mountain name is Fukujuzan. It is said that the temple was founded by Tachibana Yukihira, the governor of Inaba Province, and his son Mitsuaki, who found the Yakushi Nyorai statue in the sea in the early 11th century.
