Wealth - Tomi

The former name of a village (Tomimura) was in Tomata County, in the central-northern part of Okayama Prefecture. The area currently occupies the western part of Kagamino-cho. In 2005, the former Tomimura was merged with Kagamino-cho along with Okutsu-cho and Kamisaibara-cho to form the new Kagamino-cho. Located in the Chugoku Mountains, the area occupies the Meki-gawa and Yo-gawa river basins, tributaries of the Asahi-gawa. Most of the area is forest land, and there are remains of a modern iron-hole ditch where iron was cast, as well as the place name of a woodworker's settlement, Kiji-yashiki. The former Morie family residence (a nationally designated important cultural property) is the remains of a three-room farmhouse from around the late 17th century.

岡山県中北部、苫田郡(とまた)にあった旧村名（富村(そん)）。現在は鏡野町(かがみのちょう)の西部を占める地域。旧富村は2005年（平成17）奥津町、上斎原(かみさいばら)村とともに鏡野町と合併して、新たに鏡野町となった。中国山地にあり、旭(あさひ)川支流の目木(めき)川と余(よ)川の流域を占める。地域の大部分が林野で、近世の鉄穴(かんな)流しの跡があり、また木地(きじ)屋敷という木地師集落の地名を残す。旧森江家住宅（国の重要文化財）は17世紀後半ごろの三間取り農家の遺構。
