Tobe [town] - Tobe
A town in Iyo District, located in central Ehime Prefecture, bordering Matsuyama City to the south. It has long been known as a producer of Tobe ware. It also produces a lot of mandarin oranges. Many people commute to Matsuyama City. In January 2005, Hirota Village in Iyo District was incorporated. 101.59 km2 . Population: 21,981 (2010).
