Two painter brothers who played a leading role in the classical Mannerism of Rome from the mid-16th century to the early 17th century. The elder brother, Taddeo Zuccaro (1529-66), was born in Sant'Angelo in Vado in the Marche region. He went to Rome at the age of 14 and learned the decorative style of the Raphaelites on his own. He showed his talent in various genres, such as the decoration of Palazzo Farnese (Caprarola) and "The Conversion of Paul" in the Church of San Marcello al Corso.

16世紀半ばから17世紀初頭にかけて，ローマの古典主義的マニエリスムに指導的な役割を果たした画家兄弟。兄のタッデオ･ツッカロTaddeo Zuccaro(1529‐66)はマルケ地方サンタンジェロ･イン･バードSant’Angelo in Vadoの生れ。14歳でローマに出，ラファエロ派の装飾様式を独力で身につけ，パラッツォ･ファルネーゼ(カプラローラ)の装飾，サン･マルチェロ･アル･コルソ教会の《パウロの改宗》など，各ジャンルに才能を発揮した。
