Located in Tado-cho, Mie Prefecture (now Kuwana City). Formerly a national shrine. Enshrining Amatsuhikone-no-kami. Said to have been the site of a ceremony to appease the Emperor Yuryaku. A famous shrine listed in the Engishiki. The deity is deeply revered as a god of water and agriculture. The annual festival is held on May 4th, and the Ageuma ritual is performed.
