Abbreviation for "National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Sales Associations." A national organization for the sales business conducted by agricultural cooperatives (Nokyo). Founded in 1931 as the National Federation of Rice Sales and Purchasing Associations. Relaunched as Zenhanren in 1948. Merged with Zenkoren in 1947 to become the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations (Zen-Noh). 「全国販売農業協同組合連合会」の略称。農業協同組合（農協）の行なう販売事業の全国組織。昭和六年（一九三一）全国米穀販売購買組合連合会として設立。同二三年全販連として再発足。同四七年全購連と合併して全国農業協同組合連合会（全農）となる。
