Japanese: 全日本同和会 - ぜんにほんどうわかい

A movement group aiming to completely resolve the Dowa problem (Buraku issue). Starting in 1958, the movement calling for the establishment of national Buraku liberation policies centered around the Buraku Liberation League developed, and as public interest grew, on May 10, 1960, under the influence of the Liberal Democratic Party, reconciliation activists and people who had split off from the Buraku Liberation League came together to form the All Japan Dowa Association (chaired by Yanai Masao). The declaration at the founding convention stated that "we will reject class dictatorship on both the left and right, and will not engage in 'class struggle' that would lead the people into division and conflict," and opposed the innovative Buraku liberation movement, clarifying a conservative and reformist stance by saying that "we will actively support the LDP government's comprehensive Dowa policy... and will strongly promote it with the aim of completing it."

同和問題(部落問題)の完全解決を目的とする運動団体。　1958年から，部落解放同盟を中心とする部落解放国策樹立要求運動が発展し，国民の関心も高まるなかで，60年5月10日，自由民主党の影響下に，融和運動家や部落解放同盟から分かれた者が集まって，全日本同和会(会長柳井政雄)を結成した。結成大会の宣言は〈左右の階級的独裁を排し，国民を分裂･抗争に導くような“階級闘争”はとらない〉と，革新的な部落解放運動に反対し，自民党政府の〈総合的同和政策を積極的に支持し……その完遂を期して強力に推進する〉と，保守的･改良主義的な立場を明らかにした。
