Japanese: 生活様式 - せいかつようしき（英語表記）ways of life

In the narrow sense, it refers to the ownership of the means of livelihood, the pattern of use, and the level and pattern of consumption of a particular society or group. However, in anthropology, the concept is broader. For example, the specific customs, norms, values, and emotional patterns observed in daily life and the surrounding social relationships that are manifested in daily life events, social interactions, etc. are also called lifestyles, and are used almost synonymously with the concept of culture.
