Jesuit Japan Annual Report - Jesuit Japan Annual Report
Since 1579, the Japanese Jesuits have submitted annual reports to the General of the Society in Rome, as instructed by Valignani. The official reports are up to 1626, and from then until 1633, reports of martyrdom were sent. This is the main source for research into the history of Christianity in Japan.
