〘Noun〙 In the Ritsuryo system, this position belonged to the Ministry of Central Affairs, received orders from the Shonagon, and was responsible for disbursing and paying for items such as bell seals, talismans, and box bells for Tobiko. There were two ranks: Dai and Sho. Daishu-suzu was equivalent to Shoshi-shichi-no-shita, and Shoshu-suzu was equivalent to Shoshi-shichi-no-shita. Suzu-no-Tsukasa [Main Bell]
