Accepted - Juri

Japanese:
Accepted - Juri
An act in which an administrative agency accepts another person's notification, application, petition, etc. as a valid act. Acceptance is different from arrival, which is a simple fact, and is an indication of the administrative agency's judgment. The legal effects that arise from acceptance are determined by law. For example, the acceptance of a marriage notification gives rise to the effect of marriage, and the acceptance of an objection gives rise to the administrative agency's obligation to make a decision.
