A governor of the Tang Dynasty in China. A Shatuo of Turkish descent. Shatuo was under the control of his father Zhu Ye Zhiyi and was placed in Yanzhou, while Zhiyi was made the governor of Yinshan Prefecture and the governor of the Daibei Hanging Ying. Chi Xin succeeded his father and during the Xiantong period (860-874) was distinguished in putting down the rebellion of Pang Xun, and was appointed governor of the Datong Army and given the surname Li Guochang. Li Keyong, the first emperor of the Later Tang Dynasty, was his third son.

中国，唐の節度使。トルコ系沙陀の人。沙陀は父朱邪執宜の代に唐に帰属，塩州に置かれ，執宜は陰山府都督，代北行営招撫使となった。赤心は父を継ぎ，咸通年間（860～874），龐勛の乱平定に功を立て，大同軍節度使に任じられ，李国昌の姓名を賜わった。後唐の太祖李克用は三男。
