French dancer and choreographer. From the age of 14, she was active throughout Europe as a dancer and violinist. In 1847, she married the famous dancer F. Cerritto and performed with him. She performed her own works The Marble Girl (1847) and The Devil's Violin (1849) with them in the lead roles at the Paris Opera, in which she danced and played the violin at the same time. She served as maître de ballet at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg (1859-70) and was also a guest choreographer at the Paris Opera.

フランスの舞踊家，振付家。14歳のときから舞踊家，バイオリン奏者としてヨーロッパ各地で活躍。1847年名舞踊家F.チェリトと結婚，共演する。二人を主役として自作《大理石の娘》(1847)，《悪魔のバイオリン》(1849)をパリ･オペラ座で上演，後者では踊りながらバイオリンを奏した。ペテルブルグのマリインスキー劇場のメートル･ド･バレエをつとめ(1859‐70)，同時にパリ･オペラ座の客演振付家でもあった。
