Located in Ogaki, Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture. Formerly a national shrine. Enshrining Toyouke-no-Okami, Amaterasu-Oomikami, Amemikumari-no-Kami, and Amabe-ancestral deity Amahi-myojin. This shrine was established by Umabe Atai as a Hafuribe (celebratory member), and is known for a genealogy of the Umabe clan that was likely copied in the early Heian period and a modern-day genealogy with annotations (both national treasures). It is also said to be the original location of Toyouke-daijingu (Outer Shrine) of Ise Grand Shrine, and is commonly known as Motoise. A shrine listed in the Engishiki (Meishin Taisha). Ichinomiya (first shrine) of Tango Province. The annual festival is held on April 24th, followed by the Aoi Festival.
