A Japanese political party. In the second Wakatsuki Reijiro cabinet, Home Minister Adachi Kenzo, Nakano Seigo, and Tomita Kojiro, who advocated a cooperative cabinet with the Rikken Seiyukai to resolve important issues, left the Rikken Minseito when the cabinet resigned in December 1931, and founded the National Policy Research Club, which was founded in December 1932. The party's president was Adachi Kenzo. It advocated a controlled economy and the creation of a Japan-Manchuria economic bloc. In 1938, Nakano founded the Tohokai, and the party split off, and in 1940 it was dissolved and absorbed into the Imperial Rule Assistance Association.
