Capparis spinosa is a shrub of the Capparaceae family that is found mainly in southern Europe. It also refers to its flower buds. It is pickled to make pickles, but because it has a strong aroma, it is chopped up and used to flavor stuffed olives and anchovies in oil. Source : Heibonsha Encyclopedia About MyPedia Information |
