[Died] 326. Polana. Eldest son of the Roman Emperor Constantine I (the Great). In 317 he became co-emperor and nominally ruled Gaul. He fought against V. Licinius and won the Battle of the Hellespont. He celebrated the 20th anniversary of the accession of Constantine to the throne in Rome with his father, but was killed by the Great's orders. It is said that the cause was that he tried to seduce his stepmother Fausta.
