A law from the Edo period. Drafted by Konchiin Suden. Formal name: "Kinchukata Gojomoku." Issued in July, 1615. It was a direct restriction imposed by the Edo Shogunate on the Imperial Court and the nobles, and consists of 17 articles on topics such as the Emperor's duties, the seating and appointment/removal of the Sekke and the three nobles, changes of era names, punishments, and the official ranks of monks below the head priest. It was not revised until the end of the Edo period. 江戸時代の法令。金地院崇伝起草。正称「禁中方御条目」。元和元年(一六一五)七月発布。江戸幕府が朝廷や公家に対して直接的に規制を図ったもので、天皇の本分、摂家・三公の席次や任免、改元、刑罰、門跡以下僧侶の官位など一七条から成る。幕末まで改訂されなかった。公家諸法度。※御当家令条‐二・禁中并公家諸法度・慶長二〇年(1615)七月「禁中并公家諸法度」
