《Pharmacopoeia》 - kyokuho

…A collection of Chinese medical formularies. Its official title is Taiping Huimin Hezhi Kokuho, but it is usually abbreviated to Hezhi Kokuho or Kokuho. It is one of the representative formularies of the Song dynasty, and the first edition was published by Chen Shiwen and others at the command of Emperor Huizong during the Daguan period (1107-10) at the end of the Northern Song dynasty.
