Permitted water rights - Permitted water rights

…In actuality, it refers to the right to continuous and exclusive use of flowing water provided for public use in rivers, reservoirs, creeks, mountain streams, etc., but under the provisions of the River Law, it refers to the right to occupy flowing water (permitted water right) permitted under Article 23 of the said law. In addition to permitted water rights, water rights under the River Law also include customary water rights.
