Connotation - connotation

For example, the word "dog," which means a certain small animal, can sometimes mean a certain (to the person using it) disgusting person when placed in one of the external frameworks mentioned above. A similar example would be the case where the word "rose," which means a certain plant (flower), can sometimes mean affection. We all know that the phrase "consider positively" can be read in two ways, denotative and connotative, without any need to explain. In language, denotative and connotative meanings are often juxtaposed, sometimes overlapping, and sometimes opposing, to convey some kind of message to us. From this perspective, the peculiarity of the photographic medium is that one denotative meaning, or the part that corresponds to it, is quite strongly recognized by many people as "the reality in itself" or "the truth that is beyond debate."
