Mount Kyogatake (Nagano)

...The Central Alps are located halfway between the Northern and Southern Alps, and because they are a land massif, there are no mountains in front to obstruct the view, and both the Northern and Southern Alps can be seen from a single summit, making them an excellent location for mountain climbing and recreation. Based on the continuity of the mountain ridges, the Kiso Mountains can be divided into the Kyogatake area (fault massif) in the north (north of Gonbei Pass), the Komagatake area in the center (Gonbei Pass to Seinaiji Pass), and the Ena Mountain area in the south (south of Seinaiji Pass). The elevations of both the Kyogatake area in the north and the Ena Mountain area in the south are below 2,300 meters.
