Kyudai Line

...The Kyudai Main Line was first established in 1922 when the Oita-Onoya section was purchased from the Oyu Railway and named the Oyu Line. Meanwhile, the Kurume side opened between Kurume and Chikugo Yoshii in 1928 and was called the Kyudai Line. After that, it was gradually extended and opened, and in 1934, the entire line was opened between Hita and Amagase, and was called the Kyudai Line.
