Kiso River Shipping

It has a drainage area of ​​9,100 km2, a main river length of 227 km, and large tributaries such as the Otaki River, Tsukechi River, and Hida River flow into the right bank of the main river. In the upper reaches, it creates gorges such as the Nezame-no-toko, Ena Gorge, and Nihon-Rhine, and in the lower reaches, it forms the Nobi Plain, which consists of alluvial fans and deltas.
