Campari
A type of Italian liqueur. It was created in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in Milan, and was renamed Campari by his son David. It is a crimson-colored liquor with a bitter and sweet taste, made from a blend of bitter orange, caraway, coriander, and gentian root. It can be made into Campari Orange by adding a small amount of orange juice, or into Campari Soda by adding soda water.
