Japanese: 願果し - がんはたし

…All of these spells are intended to remove the spirits of the dead or to isolate them from this world so that they cannot return. On the other hand, when a person is cured of an illness after making a prayer, various offerings and visits to the shrine are made to express gratitude, which is called a wish fulfillment. If a group of people have made a prayer, a celebration is held with food and drink to celebrate the end of the prayer.
