The Ten Provinces of Kanto

…The government office established by the Muromachi Shogunate with the Kamakura Kubo (Kubo) Ashikaga clan at the top to govern the "Ten Provinces of Kanto" (the so-called Eight Provinces of Kanto, Izu, and Kai). It is also called the Kanto-fu.
