...The construction of Kofu Castle, which had been started by Chikayoshi under Ieyasu's orders, was continued by Mitsuyasu, and was completed during the time of Asano Nagamasa and his son Yoshinaga, who entered the country in 93 (Bunroku 2), and the formation of the castle town of Kofu also progressed. The administrative divisions of nine districts of Kai Province (Manriki, Kurihara, Oishiwa, Koishiwa, Hemmi, Takekawa, Kitayama, Nakagun, and Nishigun) and two territories (Gunnai and Kawachi territories) were estimated at the time of the land survey by Ina Kumazo Tadatsugu in 89, but they came to be used as regional divisions during the Edo period. After the Battle of Sekigahara in 1600 (Keicho 5), Ieyasu again appointed Chikayoshi as the castellan of Kofu Castle for the three districts of Kuninaka, centered around the Kofu Basin, due to the transfer of the Asano clan, and he continued to serve in that role even after Tokugawa Yoshinao received the fief in 1803. ...

…さきに家康の命をうけて親吉により着手されていた甲府築城の工事は光泰にうけつがれ，さらに93年(文禄2)受封，入国した浅野長政･幸長（よしなが）父子の時代に完成，城下町甲府の形成も進められた。甲斐国9筋(万力，栗原，大石和，小石和，逸見，武川，北山，中郡，西郡の各筋)2領(郡内領，河内領)の行政区画は89年伊奈熊蔵忠次の検地の時期に推定されているが，やがて江戸時代には地域区分として用いられるようになった。1600年(慶長5)関ヶ原の役後，浅野氏の転封によって甲府盆地を中心とした国中（くになか）3郡は，家康が再度親吉を甲府城代とし，03年徳川義直受封後もその任に当たらしめた。…
