Kamuishu Island - Kamuishuto

...There is no record of eruptions. Kamuishu Island, located in the center of the lake, is a lava dome with a major axis of 110m and a minor axis of 40m. From the first observation deck, located on the outer rim of the lake at the southwest end, you can see the Konsen wilderness, but during the tourist season in summer, visibility is often blocked by advection fog from the Pacific Ocean.
