This hot spring is a national health resort located in Motomiya Town, Higashimuro County, Wakayama Prefecture (now Tanabe City). It has simple spring water and other springs. 73°C. It has been known since the Edo period, and hot spring inns have been established here. It is located along the Ooto River, a tributary of the Kumano River, and has an open-air bath on the riverbank.
