Cutlet - Cutlet

…A type of meat dish, a corrupted form of the English word cutlet. The original meaning of the word was a cut of lamb with the ribs attached, but in England it is also used as the name of a dish in which a cut of veal or lamb is seasoned with salt and pepper, coated in flour, egg yolk, and breadcrumbs, and then fried until golden brown on both sides in butter.
