Custard Pudding
Custard pudding is a Western-style pastry made by putting custard ingredients into a mold and steaming it in a baking pan until it becomes soft and hard. Pudding. ※Food Delights - Autumn (1903) by Gensai Murai "If you mix rice into today's custard pudding and steam it, it becomes rice pudding."
