During curtain aurora activity, radio noise called auroral hiss is generally received on the ground. The same type of radio waves are also observed by extraterrestrial satellites (auroral kilometer waves, saucer waves, etc.), and when viewed from the Earth, it can be seen that radio waves are emitted like a radio star in conjunction with auroral activity.
