Oyada Shrine

A shrine in Mino City, Gifu Prefecture. It is pronounced "Oyadajinja". The deities enshrined are Susanoo-no-Mikoto, Amewakahiko-no-Mikoto, and Ajisuki Takahikone-no-Mikoto. The main hall and worship hall are designated as important cultural properties of Japan. It is a famous spot for viewing autumn leaves, and is designated as a national natural monument as the "Maple Valley Mountain Maple Forest." 岐阜県美濃市にある神社。「おやだじんじゃ」と読む。祭神は須佐之男命(すさのおのみこと)、天若日子命(あめわかひこのみこと)、阿遅志貴高日子根命(あじすきたかひこねのみこと)。本殿、拝殿は国の重要文化財に指定。紅葉の名所で「楓谷のヤマモミジ樹林」として国の天然記念物に指定。
