Masuhiro Ozeki
1838 * - 1868 * A daimyo from the end of the Edo period.
Born on December 9, 1830. Grandson of Nishio Tadayoshi, lord of Yokosuka Domain in Totomi. Adopted by Ozeki Masuyoshi, he became the 15th head of the Ozeki family, lord of Kurobane Domain in Shimotsuke (Tochigi Prefecture) in 1861. He served as the Shogunate's army magistrate, navy magistrate, and young councilor, and worked to strengthen the military. He also achieved results in reforming the domain's government. Died on December 9, 1867. Age 31. His original names were Tadahiro and Tadanori.

天保(てんぽう)8年12月9日生まれ。遠江(とおとうみ)横須賀藩主西尾忠善の孫。大関増徳(ますよし)の養子となり,文久元年下野(しもつけ)(栃木県)黒羽藩主大関家15代。幕府の陸軍奉行,海軍奉行,若年寄を歴任し,軍備増強につとめた。藩政改革にも成果をあげた。慶応3年12月9日死去。31歳。初名は忠裕,忠徳。
