〘Noun〙 A title of a job in the Edo Shogunate. Controlled by the Roju. A minor feudal lord received a salary of 10,000 koku and took turns guarding Osaka Castle (changing every August) while helping the obanshi on duty in Osaka. There were a maximum of four men. They assigned their own retainers to guard the castle. Osaka Kabanshu.
