The Complete Sutra published in the early Edo period It is also called the Tetsugen edition. Tetsugen, a disciple of the Obaku Zen monk Ingen, lamented the lack of a transcription of the Issaikyo in Japan and attempted to publish it. He lectured in various places and gained the support of his followers, completing the edition in 1678. It is owned by Obakusan Manpukuji Temple in Uji.
