Considering examples such as the Shinto ritual Noh performance held for seven days at the Matsuo Shrine Travel Site in Shichijo Nishi-Omiya, Kyoto, the fact that Matsuo Shrine and Inari Shrine also call the travel to the travel site "Oide (Gode)," the fact that offerings are received at a pine tree at Karasaki at the festival of Hiyoshi Shrine in Omi, and the fact that a Shinko to the Retsukeizu (retsukenba) and a six-seat Miyaza banquet are held at the festival of Mamioka Shrine in Mabuchi, Omi, it may be thought that the travel site was originally the place where the descent of the gods was worshiped and a ritual was held.
