Burning Hell - Burning Hell

Another name for the Burning Hell. There are many descriptions of hell in Buddhist sutras and treatises, and this Burning Hell is the sixth of the eight burning hells, in which people are tormented by the heat. It is the hell to which those who break the five precepts of not killing, not stealing, not committing adultery, not lying, and not drinking alcohol are sent.
