Jorakugi - Engakugi

...During the reign of the next emperor, Emperor Yang, Guo opera was renamed Xiliang opera, Wenkang opera was renamed Libi opera, and the two Western region operas of Shule (Kashgar) and Kangguo (Samarkand) were added to make a total of nine operas. Taejong During the Tang dynasty, the solemn final ceremony of the Kubuki was discontinued and changed to the bright and celebratory Jorakugi, which was placed first, and then, after the conquest of Gaochang in 642, Gaochanggi was added, and thus the Jubuki was established. Each piece had two to six pieces of song, dance, and musical instrument, and the number of musicians and dancers ranged from 7 to 25, excluding Jorakugi, and all ten pieces were performed at once.
